I have 1 room ready, SINGLE OCCUPANCY. No children, sorry not doing that again. Lol no crayons on my wall anymore. bedroom is decent size, Shared common areas and kitchen. Rent firm utilities included, just be conservative please!. $100 deposit, but all I ask if something breaks and I can fix it, that’s fine. but if it’s something tremendous, please take care of it, The rooms are 100% and nothing is broken or not functional Home is in a quiet communal area, two porches, pool in the backyard with plenty of sun area. Custom fire pit, Bonus room with a gym, fireplace in the house. Tons of parks around the area and good trails to walk/run throughout the community. Got 3 dogs and other pets throughout the house.

I’m 31 in a 4 bedroom house, been here since October 2019 me and my dogs. I like to cook and I bbq almost every weekend. I’m super chill, just kinda go with the flow and easy to get along with. I’m super professional, I keep everything with respect and responsibility. I play music almost all day when I’m home, and I’m usually in the back patio with the dogs or working on my classic car,

But Please don’t bring drama and understand rules once we’ve gone over them.
