Great location. Quiet neighbors. Plenty of parking. Extremely nice renovations in the condo. 1.5-2 miles from freeway 80 and 65. The condo is a 3/2 and I am using the second bedroom as an office. The third bedroom is for rent. Nobody else uses the second bathroom.

Only other roommate is me. I am a young professional currently WFH due to covid. I work from about 4:00AM - 2:30PM. I am also in a masters program. I am extremely busy. I am a super friendly guy but I also don’t really want to be buddy buddy. I do have my own stuff going on and I assume you do as well. I do like the place to be a bit on the quiet side due to studying and relaxation purposes. I also like to keep the place extremely clean.
