Down the street from Red Hook Coffee, Sister Pie, Marrow, and more! 5 min bike ride to Belle Isle, 5 min car ride to downtown.

You’ll have your own full bath with shower + tub, large medicine cabinet & undersink storage, and marble tile. The kitchen has a gas stove, marble countertops, plenty of cupboard storage, and a nice big fridge. Hardwood floors throughout the unit! Your bedroom has a walk-in closet and view of the skyline. Our bedrooms are separated by 2 bathrooms and concrete walls, so privacy is never an issue. Plenty of hall closet storage as well.

Your rent will be $700/mo, and that includes all utilities! Gated parking available for an additional $30/mo, structure parking available for $40+/mo. I honestly love this apartment, and am looking for to share it with someone great who will appreciate it as much as I do :)

Hey, I’m Colin! I’m a 29-year old straight male, and I work as a designer at a tech startup downtown. Some of my interests include playing guitar, traveling, hiking / spending time outside, yoga, biking, longboarding, and hanging with friends around town (when there isn’t a pandemic happening). I like to enjoy a few beers and cannabis on occasion so I’m cool if you do too, but would prefer you to not smoke in common areas.

I’m a pretty laid back, down-to-earth guy who gets along well with others. I’m not a neat freak, but I strive to keep common living spaces clean and want someone who will do the same. Ultimately, I’d like to be friends with the person I’m living with, but conscientiousness and mutual respect is the most important thing. I’m BIPOC and LGBTQ+ friendly and expect you to be as well. Trump supporters probably aren’t going to be a good fit.

I’m severely allergic to dogs and cats, so unfortunately I can’t live with someone who owns either of those :( Likewise, I take covid precautions pretty seriously outside the apartment and expect you to do the same until we’re both vaccinated (if you’re hanging with friends and going to the bar 5 nights a week, we may not be a great fit)
