Looking for a roommate to share a very spacious, nicely furnished third floor apartment. The space is great, complete with dishwasher, washer/dryer and you cannot beat the location. Two blocks off division, one block off Damon, with easy access to buses and the blue line. The apartment is dog-friendly, so long as the dog is chill and you clean up after your dog outside. This can be long term or short term, though long term is preferred. In addition, there is a third bedroom which holds a queen bed for any visitors as well access to the rooftop which provides an awesome view and great barbecue spot.

I am looking for a working professional that respects the space of others concerning noise and cleanliness. Male/female does not matter, LBGTQ-friendly.

About me: I am a 37 y/o female working at a nonprofit in the HR department. I sometimes go out on the weekends but rarely have people over unless for a dinner or game night. I have a 9-5 so I have a bed time during the week. I watch a ridiculous amount of shows and love podcasts and music and reading. Also, I have a Nintendo Wii-U/switch if you are into that kind of thing. Personality-wise, I am pretty chill and enjoy a good laugh. I would like a roommate I can hang with, but also respect privacy and space when needed.

Utilities include gas and electric, internet and cable. There is typically parking on the streets. I commute to the city, so I take the bus and blue line. The apartment is pretty much furnished (save for the extra bedroom) but open to accommodate extra furniture. Given how large the place is (huge ceilings, large kitchen, large tub, small dining area but sitting room with an additional large front room) and the location, this price is a steal. I absolutely adore living here and imagine you will, too!
