This 2000 sf house with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths is located in a prime location of Scottsdale; closed to old town and about 6 miles from ASU.

Three generously spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom are available for rent between $800 and $900 per month; split utilities (about $100 per month); professional cleaning service of $50 per month per person may be needed for additional cost depends on situation.

Security deposit is $1200.

For those who are new to the area and looking for good neighborhoods, I recommend east side of the valley away from the Phoenix area. Scottsdale is probably the most exclusive area.

You must have clear background with no criminal records. Your credit score should be decent. You must not have any record of eviction. You must be willing to sign a 12 month lease.

No pets; no smokers; no heavy drinker. You should be financially stable, open minded, considerate and emotionally mature; everything else is secondary.

Common sense on noise and tidiness.
