We hope this finds you safe, healthy, and resilient in this very tense and uncertain moment in our world. We are hoping to find a housemate who is kind and very clean, and who can help us conform to COVID-19 safety standards until the pandemic is over.

About the space: We have a beautiful room with high ceilings, nice closet and a large window. Room is about 12ft x 14ft. Will be unfurnished, ready for your stuff!

The apartment is spacious as well: 2nd floor with no neighbors above us, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, pantry, washer and dryer. Sharing the space are 3 clean, kind, and pleasant humans :) You would share one of two bathrooms with one housemate

Located right at 29th St and Broadway in Oakland - great neighborhood, walking distance to Sprouts, Grocery Outlet, Whole Foods, Target, CVS, and lots of other stuff. 10 min walk to 19th Street BART, 1 min walk from AC Transit bus line

$30 credit check will be requested by the landlord

Accessibility: 27 stairs, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Not a scent-free home, but relatively low-scent.

And sorry, we love pets, but can’t have cats or dogs in our place. We are also not accepting couples at this time - thank you for understanding!

A: I’m a 33 y.o. student from the Bay, 5 years here in Oakland :) Some words that describe some parts of me: male, white, cis, ginger, hungry, sleepy, funky, friendly. Love to sing and bike and game and camp and goof around and get down! Trying to move my life more in the direction of teaching and civic engagement. Glad to meet you!

B: I am a 24 y.o. filipino cisgender female who honors every form of being :) I spend a lot of time to myself, watching movies, playing music, crafting, etc., I’ve found myself to be the “quiet” roomie lol, but I welcome time with friends just the same. I absolutely seek communion and sharing life with those nearest to me, especially in this pandemic world.

C: I’m a 23 y.o. filipino female-identifying, and cis. I like reading, meditating, watching YouTube videos and Korean dramas, cooking, walking about aimlessly, anything involving nature, late night talks, unplanned dance parties in the living room with other housemates!
