I am looking for somebody to rent out a private room available inside a 3 bedroom/2 bath backhouse in the city of Covina. The house is well maintained and in a beautiful safe neighborhood. It is less than 10 Mins from APU, 15 mins from Mt Sac/ Cal Poly Pomona. A washer/dryer unit is available in the house.

This house is an easy-going house with friendly roommates. The bedroom available is a decent size, has a spacious closet, and has wood floor. All the utilities are split in thirds (Internet, gas, and electricity). Full house privileges include living room, kitchen, laundry, and backyard access. All roommates responsible to clean-up after themselves after using communal areas. There is also a Large short-haired and very-people friendly dog that lives here. No other pets are allowed sadly.

Monthly costs: Rent is $650.00 with some utilities included (Water, trash,) Deposit is $500.00 to move in which is refundable when moving out. A 1-year lease is required.

The preferred age range is 18- early 30’s. The roommates currently here are super chill and laidback and can get along with anybody in case you have people over. The room is available on March 1st, or 15th

By the move in date you’ll be living with myself and another guy. I’m 24 years old and currently working full-time and going to school part/full time depending on the semester. I’m really interested in UFC, baseball, and video games. i’m super friendly and easy to get along with. The other roommate is 26 years old works full time and enjoys football, videogames, and traveling. Also is very friendly and is easy to talk with.
