Opens to big living room. Is unfurnished, but a couple items may be provided, upon request.

House

• Shared with 2 housemates in a 3 BR Victorian.
• 1 divided bathroom, washing machine, and high-speed internet.
• Is very tidy and clean. (Seeking same!)
• Is meat-free, please.
• Is well maintained, and loved. :)

Neighborhood

• Is amazing. Everything you need nearby. Whole Foods, Walgreens, UPS, USPS, bike friendly,
• Great proximity to transportation.
• Clean, quaint, and safe.

IN REGARD TO COVID: Currently, we are very covid safe, follow CDC guidelines, and are quite cautious.

SUB-LET LENGTH Optimally, a temporary sub-let (Flexible on time-frame. If things work out wonderfully, however, we can reconsider for long term.)

• One (f) is outgoing and social. Works with children, and is a creative. Happy to hip you to all the cool stuff in SF.
• The other (m) mostly keeps to himself. Also a creative, who works with children.

We are seeking:

• Someone friendly, respectful, and social;
• Super clean (!!) in common spaces;
• Ok with refraining from eating or preparing meat in the house;
• Have regular, dependable income, and are responsible with bills;
• Non-smoking;
• Open-minded.

The icing on the cake! You:

• Are green-friendly;
• Can do magic tricks, cactus juggling, extreme parallel parking, throwing star, or sock mending. :)
