I own a very nice, renovated, two-floor condo in Andersonville. (Some pics below.) On the main floor is your private bedroom along with a bathroom (basically your personal bathroom) as well as the kitchen and living room. (Downstairs is my bedroom, my bathroom, and a large office which has an extra desk - perfect for working from home!) The unit is well-decorated and furnished, kitchen has granite and stainless steel appliances, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and I have a house-cleaner come once a month! There is easy street parking and I’m a few blocks from the Bryn Mawr Red Line stop and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the Andersonville strip. I have a mellow yellow lab named Gus. Gus is laid-back, smart and sweet. (I would consider a roommate that also has a dog.)

Rent is $1,000 per month and is ALL-INCLUSIVE of everything - electric, gas, internet, cable, Netflix, etc. - and even the house-cleaner!
