Furnished room and private bathroom, in a gorgeous historic mansion in Midtown Minneapolis. High ceilings, lots of space, beautiful kitchen with new appliances, finished basement with laundry. Respectful, healthy environment - I work from home & need quiet. Looking for a housemate who is a conscious professional, ideally vegetarian or pescatarian, most importantly humanitarian who likes dogs! I have a viszla puppy who loves attention.

I’m a non-smoker, it’s just Bijoux (the viszla) & me who live here. The house is technically a condo, ie. part of an HOA - so we don’t have to shovel snow, etc. Utilities - including wifi - are included in your rent. Culturally elevated atmosphere, artistic vibe; ample space for housemates to enjoy alone time, (which I prefer) - but sharing some meals, conversation and an occasional movie night or dinner party (post COVID) is welcome.
