I’m down to earth, cultured interior design professional. I enjoy cooking, being active or just relaxing at the house. I have a medium size dog and sometimes watch other dogs for friends etc, so you should like dogs. You are not expected to take care of him and he is not always with me 100% of the time.
My condo is a 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath on a really nice, safe block close to everything like Whole Foods, LA Fitness Andersonville strip, lake, beaches, Loyola train stop 5 min walk. Easy street parking
The condo is fully furnished with mid to high end furniture except your bedroom, (currently I have a comfy bed in the room if you need it). Room is a nice size 12x12 with one full wall of closets and built in organizers. You will have your own bathroom.
Condo is fully updated has central a/c and heat, washer/dryer, high end stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a patio off the main room and in the the back.
Month to month preferred short or long term stay is fine if we feel comfortable living as roommates.
Security deposit required $900 plus 1st month rent. 1/2 the bills
