You’ll have your own room with a bathroom down the very short hallway that will only be used by you. High-speed internet, satellite TV and water is included in the rent. You are only responsible for 1/2 of the electric bill. Driveway parking spot is available. W/D available. Complex is gated and has a pool. Non-smoking house. Small dog welcome. Looking for quiet, responsible person. Current room pic shows it occupied. It will be empty on 3/15/21.
