To any students attending SUNY Broome or Binghamton University Hello! I am a property and business owner (APK SERVICES LLC). Currently, our business is searching for 2 students to fill up the remaining rooms. The home has been split into two apartments: A and B. Each apartment has 4 rooms respectively. The home features 5 functioning bathrooms along with: Ring security cameras, combination locks for front and back doors, one common area, two kitchens, a laundry room, an exercise room, a front and back porch and a large private parking space in the back. Our home also includes a fire sprinkler system for emergencies. We are currently seeking students planning to attend this coming semester, June 2021.
