The Residences on Bedford is a great place for young professionals, college students, friends, and small families. The current unit that is being listed is one private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is roughly 800sqft and the room is roughly 13x13sqft with a shared bathroom, but all residents are very clean. Rent (including water, electricity, and internet) is $800 a month with an $800 deposit. Pictures will be provided. The lease currently goes through the end of August and we will need you to commit to at least then.

Kevin - I am 23 years old and I work full time as a mechanical design engineer about 25 minutes away. I am a physique competitor as a hobby and love to spend lots of time at the gym. I enjoy cooking, going out, playing all types of sports, and just spending time with friends.

Jonny - He is 33 and loves TV shows and movies, and he’s always downloading and watching new things. His favorite movie is Hocus Pocus, and he loves Disney movies. Jonny is also very crafty, artistic, and always has your back and is willing to lend a hand whenever needed.
