House is located near Warner and McQueen. 10 minutes from the 60, 101 and the 202. Close to downtown Gilbert and downtown chandler.
One rooms are available. Each is partially furnished. Rooms are about 10ft by 10ft with a small closet.
The house is 1300sq ft, shared kitchen (separate fridge for roommate use). Washer and dryer onsite.
About the roomies
Currently in the house is my wife(25 F) and I (31 M). My wife works during the day and I work from home. We are both easy going and keep a clean house.
We also have two dogs. Noah is a 5 year old labradoodle and Widget is a 5 year old Jack Russel/Chihuahua mix. Both are calm and needy dogs. They only bark when people come to the door.
