About the roomies
Roommates are respectful of each other spaces. We are two couples. Cannabis friendly. One couple uses kitchen and half bath in the basement. People on the second floor (where your bedroom is) only have access to the full bath on the same floor, as well as to the kitchen and living room on the first floor. Kitchen has microawe and basic cooking utensils, which you’ll be welcome to use. Couple on the second floor smokes e-cigates. Although the smell is not pervasive, you might notice it at times. Washer and dryer are on the smaller side, but they get the job done. Stairs are a bit squeaky. Each couple has a cat. They stay mostly in their bedrooms. Parking is tight. Easier if you have a PA license. We social distance. I keep alcohol gel available at the entrance and in the bathroom.
