Roommate wanted to share great house in Central Tacoma, available now - $500 We are looking for a roommate to share our cheerful, remodeled Victorian home just south of Hilltop in Tacoma. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking and a terrific yard. We have cable wifi, a brand new washer and dryer and a state-of-the art, low-cost heat and AC. Our home has beautiful hardwood floors, a large, cheerful kitchen and common space, private room, with shared bathroom, lots of natural light. We are recent college graduates who enjoy both quiet and fun times. Looking for someone who can stay for a year and pay $500 monthly rent on time. References required. We will split utilities, no pets or smokers.
