Hello, I have 1 master bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom that is located within walking distance of numerous stores and is a very short drive from both the Tempe Marketplace and the Arizona State University Tempe Campus. Shared common area with private bedroom. It’s a really nice place to live.There will be a total of 3 people living in the house. You will be renting out the master bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom. There is a nice back patio with BBQ grill. You will have your own parking space for parking outside. But there is plenty of parking on premises. Drug free home. 420 is fine outside. Not looking for party’s at the house. But feel free to have friends over for drinks or whatever else. Please be courteous of other roommates. No Pets Rent is $1300. With $1000 refundable deposit. For couples rent is $2100 Thanks for looking and I hope to hear from you soon.
$1300 includes the following:

- Private parking space
- Private sub community pool
About the roomies
Currently there are no roommates on site. But will potentially have two more roommates occupying the other two bedrooms.
