Hi! My name’s Martin. I have a room available in Glendale. It’s a townhouse - 3 bed 3 bath. You’ll have your own room and bath. The common areas are furnished. Two-car closed garage, patio, and pool.

One room is available. The townhouse is a 3 bed 3 bath within a gated community of other similarly situated townhouses. 1 private room with its own bathroom is available starting January 1st, 2023. The house itself is furnished. However, the room is not. The house is clean and well-organized. There is a pool that is shared within the private community. I am the owner of the property and live in one of the rooms with my amazing cat, Morty. Morty is extremely friendly and loves people. I am looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful person who is interested in sharing the space with me.

Utilities (gas, wifi, water/power) will be split evenly and are not included in the rent. The utilities typically come out to $80-$100 per person per month depending on use. A washer and dryer are available within the house and they are only a year old.

You will have your own space (1 space) in an enclosed garage and do not need to search for parking. There are plenty of storage areas in the home and the neighborhood is quiet and respectful.
