A large one bedroom being rented with a lot of natural light. Potential roommates will have full access to the kitchen–fridge, stove, pantry, etc. Music is allowed, as well company in moderate amounts. Potential roommates will be sharing the apt. with a woman and man–mother and son (I’m in my early 50’s, he’s 31.) I work in the mornings and my son works the evening shift; his spends his morinings staying fit or working on his writing. Lastly, public transportation is quite accessible from the apt. building (B46, B17, B12, 3 & 4 trains close by
