Kalie's room

We live in a 5 bedroom house and have 1 empty room we are looking to fill! The last room available shares a bathroom with one other girl. All individual bedrooms have locks on the door if you’d like to use it. All of the common areas will be shared! Utilities and internet are included in rent. We live in a great neighborhood in West Roseville right across from a park and close to 65! We will all be on a month to month lease and proof of renters insurance is needed. We also have a cleaner who comes once/month, but roomies are expected to help out with cleaning in between that when needed (vacuuming, dusting, wiping down kitchen appliances, etc). Street parking is available directly across the street/ in front of the house.

I’m 20 years old and currently a student at Sierra College and work about 35/40 hours a week! My mom owns the house, so I’m just looking for roommates/housemates to help with the expenses! I also have a small older dog who isn’t great with other pets, but is sweet with people and sleeps most of the day. We currently have 4 of us living here (all females) and are in our early/mid 20’s. One roommate is rarely home, but very respectful and kind when we see her. The other 3 of us have become pretty close, and would love to become friends with our last roommate as well. We are looking for someone who will keep common areas clean, and typically doesn’t have guests over more than 2 or so times per week. We’re hoping to find someone clean, fun, and kind!
