Hi my name is Jay. I am currently in the the process of moving out of my room and into a new place with my girlfriend. I am looking for someone to take over my lease here at The Waverly. The neighborhood is has a nice modern esthetic and is very quiet. The apartment complex has a gym; swimming pool; basket ball court; computer room; and multiple private study rooms. This mostly a community of young professionals and college students. I’ve lived here for 3 years and can say this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived at. The apartment itself has a washer/dryer in the unit, a balcony, 2 pantries, with the common area being completely furnished including a 42in TV. The room comes with its own bathroom, furniture, and bed frame. The only utility you have to pay is electric, wifi is already included in the rent. You will also be able to renew/extend the lease. As well rent is not tied to the other people in the apartment. Everyone has separate lease and pays their own rent. Therefore if someone is behind on their rent it has no affect on you.

All the roommates are chill and friendly, work full-time, or take classes full-time.
