I AM LOOKING FOR CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, AND RESPECTFUL individuals! PLEASE READ, MOST QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED HERE. Really safe and quiet neighborhood in a perfect centric location in Anaheim CA. Close to the 91 and 5 fwys. Also about 5 min drive to most stores. Literally everything is around us. (TARGET, WALMART, STATER BROS, HOME DEPOT, STAPLES, CANES, ALDY, ETC) Private neighborhood due to a one entrance/exit street that leads to our house. (We’re not a gated community) Also, there is more than plenty street parking, we’re a corner house. We’re currently doing remodeling throughout house. My younger brother moved out of town and I need to rent 2 rooms. We have 1.5 bathrooms which one of them will be for my personal use. Security deposit may be required. We will not do long term contracts, only month-month lease and utilities are payed separately.

I’m a 30 year old woman working from home and also full time student. My father which he is almost never home is a full time self employed mechanic. We’re a Hispanic family, very friendly, understanding, and clean.
