Room for rent in a 2 story townhouse Furnished bedroom which includes utilities, full size bed, tv, roku. Utilities included: Gas, water, sewer, trash, & internet Electric will be split (averages 50-75 each) Parking: Street Parking Shared bathroom Extra closets available (if needed) Washer and dryer inside the house Must like dogs, there is a small dog already in home. She is very friendly. No additional pets allowed. Looking for someone clean, quiet, respectable, no smoking, no drugs, no parties, and of course COVID responsible.

About the roomies
I work a lot, keep to myself. I don’t smoke and no drugs. I have a medium size friendly dog. My house is 2 bedrooms 1 bath, 2 stories. Washer and dryer included.
