Hello! I am currently renting a one bed/one bath, 6th floor walk-up apartment in Harlem. It is in a great location and is two blocks from an Aldi, Costco, Target, Planet Fitness, Starbucks and much more. Plus it is within walking distance of the 4,5,6 trains and the Metro North. There is a washer/dryer in unit as well as all new appliances and hard-wood floors. I am breaking my lease and vacating the apartment in early March and am looking to facilitate for someone to be able to lease the apartment through the management company so that I am not paying two rents.
