Ashley's room

The house is located in a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood within the city of Lynwood. The room for rent is extremely spacious with a big window facing the plaza mexico and with an equally spacious closet. The street parking in the cul de sac is extremely accessible. There are multiple circle parks around our neighborhood for strolls, jogging, etc. There are multiple places to eat around our area so if you want take out its very close or grocery shopping is also close since we do live 3 min walk from the plaza mexico

• there is a bed in the room if you do not have one
• NO PETS* 20+
• we have 2 cats and 1 dog here, each cat stays in their room and the dog stays in its room & backyard* HOUSE RULES:

• BE CLEAN
• IF YOU USE THE RESTROOM (ie. shower, # 1 or #2 ) LEAVE IT CLEAN
• IF YOU USE THE KITCHEN PLEASE LEAVE IT CLEAN ( grease on stove , walls, countertops)
• SWEEP AFTER YOURSELVES
• JUST BE A CLEAN PERSON.

4 adults live in the home. 3 women and 1 man we all work during the day or if home we all do our own thing or just chill outside and be peaceful. We are a 420 friendly home but ask for you to smoke in the backyard or outside. During the day the house is extremely quiet so if you need to do at home work or have zoom classes itll be a great environment. During the night its also quiet and calm with minimal noise since everyone is just relaxing. the room will have a fresh coat of paint before move in
