Emmanuel's room

This is a large, three bedroom, 2 bath house in East Falls. It’s walking distance to Jefferson, Manayunk, lots of great shops and restaurants, and the Schukyll river. Rent is negotiable, depending on which bedroom you prefer. I prefer to only have one other roommate.

I’m a young professional and graduate student. I mostly keep to myself. I’m quiet, but I warm up as you get to know me. I’ll either be grading papers or working on my dissertation. I’m hoping to find a quiet, reliable roommate.
