I am only home on some weekends, as I am on a long term project for McDermott in Texas, and am now averaging 1 weekend per month at home. You will basically have home to yourself. But we have to meet, face to face , n Il will buy lunch. Wifi, security alarm, & cable included. All Bills included. House is fully furnished with an 85“ smart tv, along with a $155 Direct Tv package in living room.. I am seeking an individual who is professional, male or female, who basically is responsible and drama free.. This neighborhood is a HOA, so no wild parties n all that nonsense..
