I have a nice room for rent with an attached private bathroom. I recently bought a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house in north natomas and renovated it. I am only renting out one room, so you will be the only roommate. I have a queen bed in it currently that can be used if needed. The house is open concept, 2 stories, and has a patio and patch of grass. The complex has a pool, spa, and parking. I do have cats and a dog and would prefer to not bring other animals in the house but am open to discussing further. I have made my home a peaceful calm place. The home is about 10 minutes to midtown. Everything you need is within 5 miles.

I am in my late 20’s and work full time (currently from home). I am friendly and outgoing, once things open back up I will be out and about a lot. I love to explore and meet new people. I would love to find a roommate who is friendly, fun, and clean. Looking to rent to someone reliable.
