About the room
Looking for ONE young professional roommate for a fully furnished basement bedroom and bathroom in Edgewood. Bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstand, large dresser, closet, microwave, coffee maker, smart tv, small fridge/freezer, cabinet space, and an Ethernet cord. You will have a private, newly updated full bathroom. Shared space will include the laundry room, kitchen, and deck.
Included in the rent is also biweekly cleaning of both your bedroom and bathroom.
We have 3 cats and also foster cats/kittens, so roommate must be very cat friendly. We’re open to roommate with cats but no dogs.
Rent is $800/month which includes utilities. There will also be a $400 security deposit.
There is not a private entrance. You will have your own code to the front door.
