Pacific Street

From the minute I stepped into this apartment in 2016, I knew this place would be home for a long while. The apartment feels like home. It was a brand new renovation in 2016, so everything was brand new then and everything is still in excellent condition. My roommate and I were both obsessive about cleanliness, so it looks as good as it did four years ago. The landlord and his family live on the first floor and they are just kind and generous people. The apartment is on the third floor and the front of the building, where the bedrooms are, is south facing, so the natural light all day long is just incredible. If I was not moving in with my girlfriend to a smaller unit, I would not be leaving this place. The neighborhood is also incredible. You live on the cusp of Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights and not too far from Fort Greene and Prospect Park. The three main streets in the neighborhood where everything is happening - Washington Ave., Franklin Ave. and Vanderbilt Ave. are all with in 5 minute walking distance. Those streets are filled with excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The C train is a 7 minute walk from the house. I cannot recommend this apartment and this neighborhood highly enough. Additionally, included in the rent, is a washer and dryer!

My roommate is an artist. She is quiet, unassuming, and kind. She is incredibly respectful of me, the space, and she is someone that keeps it organized and clean. She is easy going and you will not feel obligated to be her BFF.
