Nice sized room, private bathroom and walk in closet. It is the master suite. Open kitchen and living area, nice wrap around balcony. Looking for very clean and considerate and quiet roomie. non invasive , no pets, children, or couples. No cigarettes. Covid responsible is a MUST. Please. I have chronic illnesses and am at high risk.

Please ask for pictures Minimum of 6 months Month to month after I am extremely clean. I am considerate and like to be in my section of the house most of time. I do cook a lot as I am vegan and have dietary restrictions. Mostly working on artwork or sleeping as I have chronic illnesses. Please be covid responsible. I am completely respectful and have all of my own things. Would like not to share due to covid but will clear out space for the things you bring. I am super nice, just very quiet. I can install key locks on separate areas no problem. Thank you so much 😊
