Hey y’all! My names Katie! I’m 22 and live in Point Loma. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment and I’m looking for someone to fill the second room! The apartment is two blocks from the harbor and a 5 minute drive to Ocean Beach. It’s a cute apartment and in a great little neighborhood! The neighbors are also great and it’s such a homey complex.

A little about me, I’m finishing up college online due to covid and also work. On my free time I like to go to the beach, hike, paddle board, long board, workout, or hangout at home and have a wine / movie night. I love to cook and be creative. I also have a dog named Lily. She’s very sweet, loves to cuddle, doesn’t bark, and very well behaved.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, conscious, responsible, and respects the shared spaces. Since there is only one bathroom I use it for the necessary things and get ready in my room. I’m not one to hog the bathroom and hoping to find someone who will do the same! Also need someone who is open with communication and drama free. Not interested in a party house. Looking to keep the house quiet and full of good energy :)
