This is one very clean and bright large unfurnished room with attached bathroom in a private new home in Glen Allen. The room has large closet, hardwood floors and 2 large picture windows with blinds. Parking is available. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Very large yard. Neat and orderly folks welcome. Can furnish upon request with bed-desk-chair. 6 months lease option. Deposit will be credited at end of lease or used for cleanup and repairs if room is found dirty or damaged.

Myself and my son live here. I am a work-from-home professional and my son is school-from-home at the moment. Ours is a vegetarian and alcohol free household. If you are interested in being a paying guest, we can accommodate it for extra nominal charges. Fresh Indian style vegetarian meals will be served.
