Lorimer Street

Hello guys,

My roommates and I are looking for one roommate from October 1st. The apartment is a 5 bedrooms with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a direct access to the garden. There is one cleaning lady twice a month. Laundry in the building.

The neighborhood is more than appreciable: YMCA at 1 min, restaurants, clubs and bars at 5 min, close to Mac Carren park, groceries stores, etc. G train in 3 min, L train in 10 min. Cross street: Lorimer St and Meserole Ave.

We are looking for a laid-back roommate, clean and respectful, quiet, serious, friendly and happy to have dinner/parties time to time with us, open to discussion if any problems.

We are healthy young kids from different background and countries (France, Ireland and USA), 25-27 years old, very chill and open-minded, and consider the apartment as our home.

Requirement: You will be on the lease for the year. Proof of incomes and guarantors required. For October 1st, you have to pay: the first month + 1 month deposit + the last month (Total: 3750$)
