Renting 1BR w/ ample closet space + private office in a spacious 2BR apartment with modern bathroom and kitchen, central air, washer/dryer in separate utility room, dishwasher, and balcony in highly desirable Greenpoint, a few blocks from the Greenpoint G stop, East River Ferry (Java St.) and a short walk over the bridge to the Vernon Jackson 7 stop or Hunters Point Ferry. Citi bike station around the corner. The windows in this apartment are enormous and go from the floor to the incredibly high ceilings.

The only slight downside is the bedroom itself doesn’t have a window. To compensate, you get private use of the sunny loft space above the living room for your own office, chill space, or whatever you want it to be. The bedroom and the loft both have sizable closets, giving you plenty of storage and space to yourself spread out between the two rooms. The bedroom is big enough to fit a queen size bed and a few pieces of furniture, and central air means it will never get stuffy. The loft is big enough for a small couch, a desk, and a few other small pieces of furniture. It’s a great space to get work done.

A little about me, your future roommate: I’m a graphic designer in my mid-twenties working in tech in the city. I like to keep things clean, organized, friendly, and drama-free. I’m very laid back. If you’re respectful of your home space, LGBT-friendly, and 420-friendly, we’ll get along great. In case you’re allergic or otherwise cat-averse, I do have a cat who’s super adorable.
