Kettner Boulevard

This apartment is located right in the heart of Little Italy and could not be better located - next to Little Italy Farmer’s Market and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the harbor. The apartment complex has a newly renovated gym, pool, and tanning/lounge area. The unit itself is a three bedroom, two bath with gated indoor parking, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, AC/heater, juliet balcony, large central living room, and granite counter tops. Currently we are looking for another roommate to fill the third bedroom. Our third roommate is moving out and the bedroom will be available starting September 1st. Her room is the corner room with views of Piazza della Famiglia. The bedroom is filled with natural light and can fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser. The closet is a sliding mirror large closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one of the girls.

Ideally we would like someone who is between the ages of 24 - 28. We like to have a fun time grabbing drinks/going-out on the weekends, but don’t bring the party home. We are very social, but also like to relax and take it easy. We would love to live with someone that we can be friends with - the more friends, the merrier!

A little about the two current roommates: we are social people who love trying new restaurants and bars. Our personal favorites are Craft and Commerce, Barbusa, Monello, and King & Queen Cantina. We also love Little Italy Food Hall and Carruth Wine Cellars for nights after work to grab a glass of wine. We are big into traveling, watching The Bachelor, tanning at the beach/our tanning terrace, being active and walking around the harbor. The atmosphere is amazing where we live and are excited to have another gal join us!
