Your room is light and bright and has a spacious closet!
The large great room has a 92“ TV that we will share. I have no TV subscription since we have Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV, etc. , and a DVD player.
Our fruit trees and garden provide us with all kinds fresh produce. Our Japanese persimmon tree is laden with fruit. In the spring we will have plums and peaches. Yum! 😋
I have lived in this home for 12 years. The neighbours are quiet and we watch out for one another. We keep our eyes, ears and cameras on our properties for one another as well. We even run errands for one another at times. It’s a very cozy neighbourhood, cul-de-sac location.
For added security I have set up a high-tech system with Vivint, complete with high end cameras and 24/7 recordings.
We have plenty of parking available on the street. Your room is furnished with a twin bed, night stand and storage cubby. I also have a dresser available, if desired.
I am a quiet 48-year-old empty nester.
My beautiful, spacious home is simply too large for me alone. I work from my home office roughly 50% of the time and keep my home pretty immaculate. Bleach is my friend. 😂
We have 1 cat and 3 kittens. They are inside/outside pets.
