Carmella Drive

Hello, I have a room available in Carmella Dr, Halethorpe. Close to public transportation, UMBC, off 695, UMBC shuttle, buses, street side parking. Everything is easy to get to. Stores are easy, restaurants are easy, shopping, everything. the house was recently renovated too.  You can see the remodel and see how nice it it.

I’m looking for someone super quiet and super clean and super respectful who would like to sign a lease. If you’re not super and just great that’ll work to :-D Just tell me in your response why I should rent to you that’ll be great. This I ALWAYS ask, is what you do, where you work (location), why you’re moving, how many people will be living with you, what’s your daily life like, (i’ll ask all these questions and maybe more) because I’m looking for a great people.

The house has other roommates mostly female. They are all students and professionals, very clean - so cleanliness is very important and respect.
