I’ll have lived in this apartment for 2 years this summer, and absolutely love it. The location, price, & quality are unbelievable. I’m 29 years old, working multiple jobs which keeps me busy (I work a bit from home, but mostly out of the house). I like to keep the place clean & organized- “presentable” in a nutshell. Between Covid & increased early work hours, I tend to keep things low-key & pretty quiet (though I can usually be easily talked into some drinks & music amongst roommates).
