Private Upstairs room in great oc community condo apartments walking distance from OC circle, pool, jacuzzi, gym and we have a home gym squat rack and free weights on the patio, tv and internet with netflix and hulu if desired, room is furnished but you can bring your own furniture if desired. room and house is quiet with shower /bath tub restroom across the way, 90% used by renter unless guest visit. but home has 3 restrooms ., washer and dryer in house, spacious living room and kitchen with patio and plenty of space for your things. We have 2 fridges and a cabinet for your kitchen stuff. Parking can be a challenge but we will rent the space for extra.. guest are allowed if respectful and no drama in the home, no over night guest but we understand if its a rare occasion, we are pretty easy going and prefer someone friendlier than grouchy. No smoking cigarettes . No drugs..

Latin/filiipino married couple working in medical field ..pretty private and quiet..we have a medium well trained dog more like family than pet and a 10yr son thats a gamer on weekends in his room.. we do alot of family activities..but most week days its really quiet at home cause i work 2 jobs and my wife is home at 6pm relaxing. We cook some days but rarly have company and we are very clean and respectful.
