• no pets allowed (I’m sorry, I know how hard this is, but if your pet is an emotional support animal we can see if the leasing company will allow it)
• no smoking (if you must smoke, please go outside)
• limit guests: the apartment is not huge, and due to COVID it is risky to allow many people in close quarters. The apartment is located on 65 block of Madrid Road. It is within walking distance of everything in IV, and there is a bus stop 2 minutes away. The IV laundromat is right across the street (sadly the building doesn’t have its own washer/dryer).
