The apartment is a 2 bed and 1 bath to share with me and one other person in the area of North Glendale. Our apartment is 800sq ft in total livable space and is fully furnished, has private parking, garage storage, backyard, laundry, across is a grocery market, it is 2 blocks away from Vons, walking distance to americana, whole foods, and the fashion strip mall, 1 block away to 134 freeway, 10 minutes drive to pasadena, 15 minutes drive to Hollywood. It is very private, quiet, clean, and well maintained. Utilities are included.

I am working in the clothing industry 7-5pm during the week days and mostly coming in and out only during the weekends. I am neat, quiet, and friendly. I will be taking a part of the living room since I am the primary and this is ok with me (will have a nice divider as the unit is spacious). I am a foodie and also likes hiking. The other lady is a chef and mostly out and same as neat, quiet, respectful, and friendly.
