Looking for a female roommate to fill my extra bedroom in a lovely, sun-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Pentagon City! Rent is $1250/month with very cheap utilities of about $40/month. Move in available March 1, but can be negotiated sooner. The location is amazing: a 5 minute walk to the Pentagon City metro (blue and yellow lines), 5 minute walk to a Harris Teeter or 8 minutes to Costco, and even 15 minutes biking to the National Mall or Mt Vernon Trail. Parking is available for $10/month! The area is up and coming since Amazon HQ2 is coming in close by (think a new bar, ice skating, VA ABC store, new coffee shop, Nandos… It’s all right below the apartment).

The apartment is furnished, but the room is unfurnished. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, and the complex is renovating all of the amenities - gym, indoor pool, bike rooms, rooftop. You’ll be taking over the lease from whenever you move in through the beginning of October, with the option to re-sign on a month-to-month basis. You may need to pay a small deposit or background check fee, but it will be small if so.
