Liz's room

Our home is in the quiet neighborhood of Canyon Hills. Its a 4 bedroom home, has ample parking and friendly neighbors. I have 2 college age daughters you’ll be sharing a bathroom with. The room for rent is a 10x10 corner room with only 1 shared wall. Comes with a full size bed, nightstand, arm chair and mini refrigerator. Room has great lighting with 2 windows. You will have kitchen access along with the laundry room, living room and backyard. Sorry no guests. Females ONLY. Absolutely no drugs, no kids, and no pets except for small hypoallergenic dogs.

One working professional and 2 college students plus 2 9-lb maltipoo’s. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, considerate, clean and more clean (need to emphasize ☺️).
