About the room
Temporary sublet from March 1st through July 22nd. 1 bedroom and private bath available in a 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath condo. Rent is $598.34 a month plus electricity, gas, and internet (water and trash is included in rent cost).
This condo is about a 6 minute drive away from Colorado State University and about a 10 minute drive from Horsetooth Reservoir. Room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the home is furnished. Parking is available in lot or street parking is also available. Unfortunately, cats and dogs are not allowed.
