Kade's room

Room available in 3 story (3600 sq ft) home, comes with a private bathroom (the one in the pictures). Located in walking distance of Downtown Long Beach (just a few blocks from the beach) Metro and bus nearby. Amenities include: parking, laundry, shared balcony, outdoor lounge/smoking area, 3 shared living rooms, pool table that doubles for ping pong, and insanely fast internet. Tenants split the electric 5 ways. Water, Gas and Trash are paid. We are looking for a clean, responsible, open-minded, working professional. Must be LGBT friendly.

We are 4 laid back, socially extroverted introverts, females and males, between the ages of 20 and 29. When we are not working or in class - we enjoy gaming, watching movies, playing pool or pingpong, and cooking. We are COVID responsible, no parties at the house. Also, there is only one dog allowed on premises, and his name is Nugget.
