I am looking for someone who need a room for 12 months starting April 1st. Rent is $750 midsize and $800 large +utilities (usually around $85/m which includes highspeed internet, water & electric). A background check is required, as are a refundable-deposit ($300) and first & last month’s rent ($750x2).

Shared spaces include the Living room, kitchen (with breakfast bar), and bathroom, all fully furnished, but plenty of room for your belongings as well! A brand new in-unit washer and dryer was also recently installed. There is also a private patio and garden area with fence for all tenants to share right outside, plus shared storage space is available in the basement area.

The Town house is also within walking distance to some great gas stations, next to Discovery Park for walk and Running , a grocery store right the corner , and is also within walking distance to popular bus lines like 31, 33, and D routes for easy access to downtown and U Village.
