North Ashland Avenue

We have 3 roommates now, but are currently looking for a 4th. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is a 2 floor apartment where 2 live upstairs and 2 live downstairs. We have in unit laundry. Included in rent is water and heat, but we pay for cable/internet, gas, and electricity additionally. The apartment has hardwood floors and the kitchen is fully remodeled with granite counters, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Place is fully furnished except for the new roommates room. There is an outdoor deck located in the back.
