5 minutes from downtime with easy access to 1-10, 59, and 610. The neighborhood is Near Northside. Close to St. Arnolds Brewery, Minute Maid Park, and downtown. I have a spacious, fully furnished room with a fan, recessed lighting, and attached full bath in my two-story home. You are welcome to bring your own TV; this is not included. Plenty of closet space, two dressers, a comfy bed topper on pillow top, queen bed, and privacy. All bills paid + free access to a washer/dryer, internet, kitchen, living room, garage toys, and backyard. I’ll provide fresh linens, towels, bathroom setups, and pillows for you to enjoy during your stay. I have a dartboard and corn hole setup that is also available for use in my garage. I have a small but cozy backyard with charcoal BBQ PIT and Smoker, herbs, plants, and a sitting area. Driveway and street parking are available. No garage parking. You should have a clean background and stable employment. There is a $50 application fee that is Non-Refundable. Background check is required. Includes all utilities. Security camera, alarm, and gated for safety. Monthly maid service pending major holidays is included. I might consider a dog on a case by case basis. If approved, a non-refundable pet deposit will be required. No cats.
